課程概述 Course Description

本課程討論現代保險制度之法律與實務議題，包括保險之意義與基礎保險制度之原理與原則、保險人、被保險人、要保人、受益人、保險代理人、保險業務員之權利與義務，以及人身保險與相關財產保險之相關法律規範內容、與再保險制度等等，使學生對保險法與保險制度，有一完整的認識。
This course will explore the legal and practical issues of contemporary insurance law, including the meanings, fundamental principles and theoretical basis of insurance, he legal relationships among the insurers, the insured, beneficiaries, insurance agents, insurance brokers, and their employees. The distinction of life insurance and property insurance and the system of reinsurance will also been covered. After the course of study, students will be able to obtain a thorough understanding of insurance law.
