課程概述 Course Description
民法物權為法學基礎教育的一環，同時也是國家考試的必考科目之一，因此值得法律人多加研習。本課程的主要目的在於傳授物權法的基礎知識，以及面對實際案例時應有的思維方式，以達到學以致用的最終目的。Right in rem as a right in property, is a part of the basic education of law, and it is also one of the obligated subjects for the national examination. Therefore, it is much worth studying for law students.The main purpose of this course is to learn the basic knowledge of the property law and the thinking methods of case studies, which law students should have when they face real real case scenarios, in oder to achieve the ultimate learning goal.
