課程概述 Course Description

本課程主要在探討運用經濟分析於天然災害減災。本課程藉由老師講授、學生閱讀文獻、及學期報告寫作,讓學生熟悉以下天災議題:天災損失估計方法、天災經濟影響分析、氣候變遷衝擊與調適、家戶減災行為、天災保險、天災脆弱度、社會脆弱度與回復力、風險知覺與溝通等。以上討論的天災包含颱風、洪水、地震、氣候變遷等,同時具備經濟分析的能力。★★★★★★【本課程所對應其基本素養之詳述】課程內容與基本素養之關連:台灣天災頻仍,以經濟理性思考天災減災應為公民基本素養,本課程講授天災損失、社會脆弱度等均可培養學生人文素養與社會關懷,天災的經濟影響與回復力乃經世濟民之主題,諸多閱讀文獻為國外災害分析可培養學生國際視野。
This course introduces the economic analysis methods of natural disasters to students. Students of this course have to have lectures, literature reading and preparing term report to learn topics including the loss estimation, economic impact analysis, climate change impact, household mitigation behaviors, natural hazard insurances, vulnerability to natural hazards, social vulnerability and resilience, risk perception and communication. The natural disasters discussed in this course include disasters caused by typhoons, flooding, earthquake, and climate change etc.

  • Students can learn the economic methods used for natural disaster analysis.
