課程概述 Course Description

將以如何撰寫一個可行的原創研究計畫及臨床試驗的計畫為出發點。課程內容涵蓋:建立對臨床與生物醫學研究之重要概念、瞭解如何對研究設計與架構之切入、資料分析之選擇與繆思、研究成果資料庫之建立與維護、英文撰寫計畫的要求、了解新藥開發及臨床試驗的過程。前11周與「學術原創經驗談」的碩士班課程併班上課,讓學生對研究計畫及臨床試驗建立初步概念後,後7周就透過分班上課,與執行臨床試驗的大師對話,除了前一小時: 聆聽他們執行臨床試驗的經驗外,在第二小時: 也透過臨床試驗論文選讀,討論臨床試驗規劃的細節,達到對臨床試驗有初步了解。
The aim of the course will be to write a potential clinical trial synopsis. The course content is included: establishing important concepts for clinical and biomedical research, understanding how to approach research design and structure, selection and muse of data analysis, establishment and maintenance of research database, requirements for project in English writing, and understanding new drug development and clinical trials. In the first 11 weeks of the course, the students in this course will join the master's course of "Creativity and Academic Medicine.” After the students have established a preliminary concept of research plans and clinical trials, they will attend another clinical trial course for next 7 weeks. The student will listen to the experience from the experts familiar with conducting clinical trials in the first hour of the each class. In the second hour of the each class, the students will discuss the design of clinical trials to achieve a preliminary concept of clinical trials through the paper reading.
