課程概述 Course Description
交通運輸部門的碳排放量目前佔了全世界總排放量約三分之一,也是最難達到永續及脫碳目標的部門。除了零碳排目標,永續運輸更包含了可及性、社會公平、安全、以及效率。本課程藉由國際案例,探討永續運輸的政策與法規、多層次治理、國際夥伴關係、國際發展等面向。Transport currently accounts for as much as a third of the global CO2 emissions. While other sectors have been on a downward trajectory, the transport sector is trailing behind. Transport decarbonisation is without doubt one of the cornerstones of sustainable mobility but sustainable mobility has to go above and beyond decarbonisation. Universal access/equity, safety and efficiency are equally important, if not more, for building a liveable, fair and healthy city. This course draws on international cases and look into policy and regulation frameworks, multi-level governance and international partnerships/international development.
