課程概述 Course Description
本所研究生被要求賞析並表現出設計者的探究,進而以完備學術論文呈現探究後的結果。其中更包含了思考與呈現兩種不同領域(設計、科學)聯繫的橋梁。這兩種領域各自有不同的產生與應用方法。本課程中,學生將被要求體會再設計者與科學/學術兩種方法間的差異,進而選擇、應用並且整合創造自我作品的方法以及評斷他們的選擇。ICID graduate students are required to appreciate and perform designerly forms of inquiry and to present outcomes of such inquiries in well-formed academic theses. This involves building bridges between two different fields of thinking and presenting: design and science. Each of these two fields has its own tradition of making and applying methods. In this subject, students are invited to appreciate the differences between designerly and scientific/academic methods as well as to select, to apply, to integrate and create methods for their own work and to justify their choices.
