課程概述 Course Description
服務業的重要性已凌駕於製造業，服務成為一重要的設計議題。為了提供使顧客感到滿意的貼心服務，應該將服務焦點放在顧客的潛在心理，以同理心與顧客真誠應對。本課程授課內容包含：服務定義、服務業特色、服務產業沿革、創新服務方式、服務業管理、服務業競爭策略、服務分析法、網路服務模式，期透過課程使學生思考創意的服務方式，並以嶄新的手法打破傳統產業運作模式，提供更符合顧客需求之服務方式。The importance of service industry has exceeded that of manufacturing industry, service has become a critical design issue. In order to offer the customers satisfying and thoughtful service, the industry’s focus should be on the customers’ underlying psychology. The students should respond to the customers with sincerity and compassion. The course involves service definition, service industry characteristics, service industry development, innovative service methods, service management strategies, competitive strategies, service analysis, and network service models. We expect students to bring brand-new and creative service methods to satisfy customers’ needs instead of traditional operations.
