課程概述 Course Description
The course is structured in three parts, namely, trends and contexts, selective comparison of planning systems, and emerging themes in planning practices. Lectures and interstitial class discussions are designated as the main platform of teaching/learning interactions. This said, participations of in-classroom discussion are strongly recommended and reading listed articles is a must.
