從基礎元件結構與半導體原理開始介紹,並舉常見的放大器電路應用為例,專為碩專班學生學習型態設計課程。
Starting from the basic component structure and semiconductor principles, and taking common amplifier circuit applications as an example, the course is specially designed for students in master classes.
