課程概述 Course Description
憲法訴訟法為司法院大法官進行憲法解釋之程序法。在本課程中,同學將理解:司法院大法官如何組成憲法法庭,依照不同案件類型,以司法化、裁判化、法庭化的方式進行憲法解釋,致落實人民基本權利保障。Constitutional Court Procedure Act is the procedural law for the Grand Justices of the Judicial Yuan to interpret the constitution. In this course, students will understand: in order to implement the protection of the basic rights of the people, how the Grand Justices of the Judicial Yuan constitute the Constitutional Court to interpret the Constitution in a judicial, adjudicative, and court-like form according to different types of cases.
