課程概述 Course Description
本課程將選錄法院民事法判決為研究案例,帶領同學學習閱讀判決、並複習民事法之規範、學說與實務見解。This course selects court decisions as material of case study. I will lead students to read those court decisions and review the theories and courts’ opinions of civil code. 江浣翠 Wan- Tsui Chiang
