課程概述 Course Description

摩西(Moses)律法,係摩西以先知與以色列民族之首領的身分,受到天主的指示為以色列民族制定的律法,主要記載於舊約聖經出谷紀、肋未紀與 申命紀,少部分紀載於戶籍紀(民數紀)之中。相對於十誡屬於「根本大法」、「首要規範」、「初始規範」與「行為規範」,摩西律法則多屬於「 次要規範」、「衍生規範」與「制裁規範」。至於摩西律法僅係重述、強調或具體化十誡之意旨者,亦應歸類為十誡之「衍生規範」或提醒性規範 。摩西律法雖與後世英美的個案判決所形成之「判例法」不同。然而,摩西律法觀其內容之具體程度,似乎介於「一般的抽象立法」與「具體的案 例法」之間,甚至屬於兩者的結合!
The Law of Moses is a law that Moses made for the nation of Israel as a prophet and leader of the nation of Israel, and was instructed by God to formulate the law for the nation of Israel. It is mainly recorded in the Old Testament, Levi, and Deuteronomy, with a small number of disciplines. It is included in the household registration period (Bəmiḏbar). Compared with the Ten Commandments, they belong to the "fundamental law", the "primary Norms", the "original Norms" and the " Behavior Norm", Most of the laws of Moses belong to "secondary norms", "derivative norms" (derivative norms) and "sanction norms" (Sanction Norms). As for the Law of Moses that merely restates, emphasizes, or embodies the meaning of the Ten Commandments, it should also be classified as the "derivative norms" or reminder norms. Although the Law of Moses is different from the "case law" (precedent law) formed by case judgments in later British and American cases. However, the specificity of the content of the Mosaic Law seems to be somewhere between "general abstract legislation" and "concrete case law", or even a combination of the two!
