課程概述 Course Description
勞動法當前議題之專題討論。包含勞動法作為法體系之基本定位、傳統勞動法架構之衝擊以及勞動法政策面之考察與檢討。Disscussing current questions of labor law. Including systematizing and structuring of labor law, challenge of economic inequality and analysis of labor policies.
