課程概述 Course Description
本課程係針對刑事實體法相關問題進行深入討論，課堂上將針對刑法總則、分則中之基礎理論與當前爭議問題，藉由相關文獻進行思辯與討論，冀能使同學更深入地認識並反思刑法理論與實務爭議。This course hopes to explore the basic property crime issues, especially to review the characteristics and deficiencies of my country's relevant criminal law, so that students can have a deeper understanding of related issues.
