課程概述 Course Description
本課程將介紹毒物造成生物體毒性之分子機轉,並介紹新穎之毒理基因體學包含高通量之轉譯體學、蛋白體學及代謝體學等研究方法,結合毒理分子機轉的介紹及新穎基因體學的研究方法,以評估或預測食品中潛在毒性物質之分子機轉。This course involves studying the molecular mechanisms of the toxic effects of xenobiotics on living organisms. Also combines the knowledge of toxicology with genomics and other high-throughput molecular profiling technologies including transcriptomics, proteomics and metabolomics. The aim of the course is to combine novel molecular mechanisms and toxicogenomic methodologies to study or predict the possible toxic mechanisms of xenobiotics existed in food.
