課程概述 Course Description

生物技術特論是針對碩一學生所開授的課程,師資由所內專任老師擔任,課程內容為就已修習生化研究入門基礎的學生做進一步介紹與講解近年來分子生物學發展有重大觀念性及技術性的突破之生物技術。因此本課程內容包括幹細胞、內皮始細胞之組織工程、單株抗體專一性藥物、蛋白質藥物、生物技術於能源之應用、奈米生物醫學技術、癌轉移實驗動物模式及標的藥物與藥物設計等。本課程所涵蓋的這些生物技術特論,不僅在生物醫學的基礎研究上,在檢驗醫學應用上、臨床疾病或癌症診斷及治療皆有所影響,甚至在生物技術產業上亦有無窮的商業發展潛力與利益。學生學習並具備課程上所教授的知識,不僅跟得上近年來生物技術發展的潮流,亦能奠定掌握新時代生物技術命脈的基礎。
The Special Topics of Biotechnology is a course taught for the first-degree students. The teachers are held by the full-time teachers in the institute.
