課程概述 Course Description

本課程由企業經營實務的角度瞭解到財務報表在經營管理及績效尚有不足之處,進而設計管理報表協助管理者做決策以及績效評估的依據,創造企業的價值。課程內容會由管理報表的編制,工廠管理流程探討管理項目及其定義,延伸到各事業群/地區對於管理報表的關注重點與期待,包含內部高/中階管理者,廠長,地區主管等。最終探討在實務經營上,財務人員如何協助管理者做正確的決策。
This course understands the shortcomings of financial statements in business management and performance from the perspective of business operations, and then designs management statements to assist managers in decision-making and performance evaluation basis to create corporate value. The content of the course will include the preparation of management reports, the discussion of management items and their definitions in the factory management process, and the focus and expectations of management reports in various business groups/regions, including internal senior/middle-level managers, factory managers, regional supervisors, etc. . Finally, discuss how financial personnel can assist managers to make correct decisions in practical operation.
