課程概述 Course Description

課程主要目的在協助學生了解自我,正確認知企業期待 以及開始建構生涯發展計畫。課程進行方式分成自我探索以及職涯發展兩大部分,每堂課會邀請合格經驗豐富的講師到課堂與同學討論及互動。在自我探索部分課程將由個人職涯性向量表開始,讓同學認識自己的職業傾向,擁有的獨特性,職涯夢想,接下來如何能夠將個人獨特性與職涯夢想的結合,並且進一步討論在職涯計畫的實踐過程中可能所遇到的挑戰及克服的方法。在課程的後半部主要在透過企業講者的分享讓同學體會職場現況,正確認知企業期待以及專業要求。
The main purpose of the course is to help students understand themselves, correctly understand the expectations of the company, and begin to construct a career development plan. The course is divided into two parts: self-exploration and career development. In each class, qualified and experienced lecturers will be invited to the class to discuss and interact with classmates. The self-exploration part of the course will start with a personal career vector table, allowing students to understand their own professional inclination, uniqueness, career dreams, and then how to combine personal uniqueness with career dreams, and further discuss on the job Challenges that may be encountered in the practice of Project Ya and the methods to overcome. In the second half of the course, it is mainly through the sharing of corporate speakers to let students experience the current situation in the workplace, and correctly understand corporate expectations and professional requirements.
