課程概述 Course Description
課程講授領導統御與溝通、風險管理及緊急應變計畫、醫療品質之意義及概論、工具與技巧,醫院評鑑與品質保證之相輔相成,品質管理運作之實務探討,並透過個案教學來培育學生領導統御與醫院治理的能力,及訓練學生具備醫療品質管理、風險管理與危機處理之能力。-
