課程概述 Course Description

協作引導專業技術主要是運用討論模型、不同的視覺工具與科技,藉以引導資訊組織、發掘議題、尋求共識、發展策略與行動計劃等,來回應與人溝通與組織管理所需之能力。本課程將社區工作與企管領域之引導技術與參與科技,進行系統性的介紹與實作,課程內容包括對話、焦點討論、共識工作坊、轉化情境規劃、行動計畫與個人計畫等多項引導參與工具,引導學生思考新工具與規劃專業之連結,與實際場域規劃過程之的應用,刺激學生對規劃師角色與職能的多元想像。
Facilitation and Collaboration Techniques mainly use discussion models, different visual tools, and technologies to organize information, explore issues, seek consensus, develop strategies and action plans, etc., to respond to the ability to communicate with people and manage organizations. This course systematically introduces and implements the guiding technique and participation technology in the field of community work and business management. The course content includes dialogues, focus discussions, consensus workshops, transformational situation planning, action plans, personal plans, and many other guiding and participation tools. The course aims to guide students to think about the connection between the new participation technology and the planning profession, and the application to the actual field planning process. It helps to stimulate students' diverse imaginations about the roles and functions of planners.
