課程概述 Course Description

華南地區在自然與人文環境上與中國北方有明顯的區別,因此華南地區的史前文化發展也與中國北方有較大的差異。本課程介紹華南地區的考古發現,重建此地區的文化歷史,並探討幾個與華南地區相關的重要議題,例如稻作起源、史前人地關係、南島語族起源、外銷陶瓷及海外交通貿易等。
Southern China is obviously different from northern China in nature and cultural environment. Therefore, the prehistoric cultural evolution in southern China is also greatly different from that in northern China. This course introduces archeological discoveries in southern China and builds the cultural history of the region. It also discusses several important issues related to this region such as the origins of rice domestication, the relationship between human and environment, the origins of the Austronesian peoples, the export of porcelain, and maritime transportation and trade.
