課程概述 Course Description
本課程將由飲食歷史與文化的探究,關注環境風土與歷史過程所造成的世界飲食文化圖譜,並以東亞乃至臺灣為中心,關心飲食文化所涉及的社會地位、親疏關係與人神距離等問題社會文化秩序問題,本項課程也將就飲食的習慣與選擇,看見飲食變遷與群體記憶的關係,乃至經由飲食所涉及的國家認同問題。並關心飲食文化與當代社會的關係。最終,本項課程認為經由飲食文化的探索,可以成為理解社會文化脈絡與體系的重要切入視角。Special Topics on Taiwan Food Culture
