課程概述 Course Description

普通生物學是一門探討生命現象的基礎程度大學部課程,內容相當廣泛,涵蓋巨型分子、細胞、組織、器官和各系統的結構與功能、生命的遺傳、生物的分類、生命的起源及演化、能量的獲得、植物的運輸與營養、動物的行為以及生態與保育等主題,是生命科學相關學系同學必修的基礎課程,也是現代人必須具備之基本知識,以迎接二十一世紀高科技時代之來臨。本課程以講演的方式,配合精彩的投影片,在上下兩學期的課程中,分別教授不同領域的生物學主題,並深入淺出的介紹每一主題的重要概念與最新發展
General biology is a university course that discusses the basic level of life phenomena. The content is quite extensive, covering the structure and function of giant molecules, cells, tissues, organs and systems, the genetics of life, the classification of organisms, the origin and evolution of life. The topics of energy acquisition, plant transportation and nutrition, animal behavior, and ecology and conservation are compulsory basic courses for students in related life sciences departments. They are also the basic knowledge that modern people must have to meet the 21st century high-tech era. This course uses lectures and wonderful slides. In the two semesters of the course, the biological topics in different fields are taught separately, and the important concepts and latest developments of each topic are introduced in a simple way.
