課程概述 Course Description
國際金融主要探討即期與外匯市場匯率的決定、各種匯率制度下的總體經濟政策與調整、國際資本市場等主題。內容包含兩大部份:匯率與開放總體經濟學,以及國際的總體經濟政策,其模型有開放經濟的總體模型、開放經濟的總體經濟政策:Fleming命題、開放經濟的總體經濟政策:Mundell命題及貨幣學派的匯率決定分析法。 ★★★★★★【本課程所對應其基本素養之詳述】 大學部『國際金融』課程旨在期許學生瞭解國際金融市場制度的演變、國際間資金借貸之運作機制、國際間主要金融市場之運作情形。進而來期許學生瞭解現貨、遠期外匯市場的運作、匯率動態調整、遠期外匯模型的建構。再者期許學生能建構開放總體經濟學模型,欲透過分析和探討開放經濟下的總體模型,讓學生瞭解Modell-Fleming Model之推導,使學生掌握國際金融與國家貨幣政策運作的原理。因此,此課程基本素養欲達到學生擴展『國際視野』,並培養『經世濟民』之素養。This course provides and an up-to-date analytical framework on international monetary economics, particularly the determinant of exchange rate in spot market and future market of currency market. International finance covers several topics including macroeconomics policy, international capital market and dynamic adjustment under different exchange rate regimes. The models covered in this course includes, open economy model, open economy model: Fleming, open economy model: Mundell, and monetary school on the exchange rate.
