課程概述 Course Description
本課程之設計乃是針對具有基礎統計學與經濟學背景的學生,介紹如何利用數量分析方法加以驗證經濟學之理論,因此本課程旨在建立學生對於計量經濟學之分析方法及迴歸模型基本之認知。除了對於基本的機率理論及統計概念會稍作複習外,講授內容包括:(1) 簡單線性迴歸模型之設定及估計;(2) 最小平方估計式之抽樣特性;(3) 簡單線性迴歸模型之區間估計及假設檢定;(4) 簡單線性迴歸模型之函數型式之設定及選擇;(5) 複迴歸模型之估計及統計推論。教學內容除了著重量方法之分析及解釋之外,也會指導同學運用Microsoft Excel之統計分析模組來進行迴歸模型之估計與分析。 ★★★★★★【本課程所對應其基本素養之詳述】 計量經濟學是一門結合經濟學及統計學的課程,也是一門結合理論與實務的學科。計量經濟學探討範圍從個人消費選擇、廠商定價策略到政府貨幣政策,利用經濟體的產出及其它相關的總體變數,配合計量模型的估算,可瞭解何者的預測是比較符合實際資料的變化趨勢,並提供實證分析上的依據。大學部授課重點在於建立計量分析的基本概念,以及計量經濟學在經濟學領域扮演的角色,如簡單迴歸分析的估計及應用,透過實際電腦上機操作統計軟體,建立學生利用統計軟體進行迴歸分析,期許學生利用迴歸分析,對經濟社會的生產分配,具有簡單實證分析及解釋能力。We will study basic tools of data analysis including simple and multiple regressions. The purpose of this course is to introduce econometrics models and hypothesis testing. The topics include (1) specification and estimation of the simple linear regression model; (2) properties of the least squares estimators; (3) inference in the simple regression model; (4) functional form and selection of the simple linear regression model; (5) estimation and inference of the multiple regression model. In addition, students will learn how to make use of these tools to conduct basic empirical study. Thus, the class will be proceeded in two ways: lectures and computer hands-on (take place at Computer and Network center). We will use Microsoft Excel with data examples for data analysis and modeling.
