課程概述 Course Description
本課程將著重於智慧財產權實務案例解析與評釋，並協助同學培養結合理論與實務之跨領域能力。另外本課程亦將分析歷屆國家考試題目所本之案例，培養學生職業能力。This course will focus on the analysis and evaluation of intellectual property rights court cases, and develop students their multidisciplinary ability to combine the theory and practice of IPR. In addition, this course will also analyze the cases of previous bar examination to cultivate student’s professional ability.
