課程概述 Course Description

作為專業法律人的核心之一:律師,在現代法治社會中,扮演重要角色,已不言可喻。唯隨者律師為其當事人服務或參與各項社會活動,律師執業之品行、操守以及相關規範自亦日漸受到重視。律師倫理,不僅僅是律師自治團體之內規或律師自律之行為規範,且作為規範律師執業過程中所應遵守之相關行為準則依據,並對於違反該準則時施以強制力之制裁。從而,法律教育自應納入律師倫理規範,且帶領學生思維和體認律師倫理規範之內涵與重要性。
As one of the core of the lawyers, attorney play an important role in a modern society under the rule of law. As the attorney serves their clients or participate in various social activities, the ethics and related norms of attorneys have been increasingly valued. Attorneys' ethics is not only the internal regulations of autonomous organizations or the self-discipline of the attorneys, but also serves as the basis for standardizing relevant codes of conduct that all attorneys should abide in the course of practicing, and imposing compulsory sanctions for violations of such codes. Therefore, legal education should be incorporated into the ethical code of attorneys, and lead students to think and realize the connotation and importance of the ethics.
