課程概述 Course Description

本課程希望透過以促參法為專題之認識,對我國政府及目前社會關心的民間參與案例有深入了解,再者,也能就大學所學,或目前所學,不論是民法、刑法、行政法,甚至稅法、行政訴訟法、國家賠償法,民事訴訟等領域,來做驗證、研究和學習。另一方面,我們也希望各位能就促進民間參與(公私協力)或民營化這個行政領域的課題,有深入的了解和掌握、興趣發掘與系統地深入探究。
In this course we try to improve the understanding of Act for Promotion of Private Participation in Infrastructure Projects and the related cases of civil participation that our government have done and the current society take care. Furthermore, the student can compare with what they have learned, such as Civil Law, Criminal Law, Administrative Law, and verify what they konw. On the other hand, we also hope that the student can have an in-depth understanding and mastery of interest on the topic of promoting private participation (public-private partnership) or privatization.
