課程概述 Course Description

刑法分則所涵蓋的生活事實多元而廣泛,各種犯罪類型也有其獨特的難題,在通常的必修課程時數限制之內,通常無法講授刑法分則的所有重要議題,尤其是針對國家法益與社會法益之犯罪。事實上,這些犯罪類型在司法實務上的重要性不低,甚至經常是備受社會矚目的議題,諸如毒品犯罪、交通犯罪、選舉犯罪、經濟犯罪、貪瀆犯罪等等,其中有諸多值得探討的法律解釋及政策問題。本課程之目的,主要是在補足此部分的分則內容,讓有興趣的同學對於刑法分則有更完整的基本認識。
The facts of life regulated by the criminal code-specific offenses are diverse and extensive. The various types of crime also have their own unique problems. Within the prescribed compulsory course time, it is often impossible to teach all the important issues of the criminal code-specific offenses, especially the crimes of the legal interests of the nation and the legal interests of the society. In fact, this various types of crime are important in judicial practice, and these are social issues in the spotlight such as drug crimes, traffic crimes, election crimes, economic crimes, greed crimes, etc. There are many legal explanations and policy issues worthy of being discussed. The purpose of this course is mainly to supplement the content of this part of the criminal code-specific offenses. Besides, let’s students have a more complete basic understanding of the criminal law.
