課程概述 Course Description

科學呈現大致分為三個面向-專精論文寫作、計畫撰寫及結果報告。因此課程主要以此三個面設計,包含教師引導、練習操作及實例討論,使學生可以做中學有效率地領略不同層次的基本重點及呈現技巧。科學發現與知識的進展及現代生活模式習習相關,隨著科學發現與理論技術層面越易複雜,如何將複雜專精的研究深入淺出使不同領域的科學人了解,更重要的是變得平易近人啟發社會民眾,更為現代科學家所應具備的能力及義務。因此此課程目標為訓練未來的科技人才同時具有專精論文寫作能力使具有影響力,同時也具有科普溝通能力以啟發未來科學人力。
Scientific presentations include three categories: professional paper writing, grant proposals and presentations. In this class, each section will include lecture introduction, writing practice and case discussion. Through practicing in this class, students will learn essential key points and communication skills for each category.Scientific discoveries are closely linked to knowledgement progresses and modern living. With more complexities of scientific discoveries and techniques, it is an essential ability and responsibility of modern scientists to transform the complex and professional researches to a simplified and friendly manner for easily understanding for scientists from different fields. Moreover these discoveries can expire social populations. Therefore, the goal for this class is to train future scientific experts to equip the abilities of profession paper writing to extend the impact and of general communication ability to inspire future science students.
