課程概述 Course Description

本課程之結構包括經濟發展理論,經濟發展相關政策研析,及中、美、日三國經濟發展經驗探討三個單元。第一單元中介紹Harrod-Domar、Neoclassical及內生 (Endogenous) 經濟發展理論,W.W.Rostow經濟發展階段、Post-Keynesian之經濟成長與所得分配理論,以及轉型成長理論(Transformational Growth) 等,藉由對各種理論之討論來瞭解經濟發展之動力來源以及分析經濟發展現象之理論與方法。其次對經濟發展相關問題作較細部之探討,包括生產技術與產業結構變遷、人口及勞動市場變化與經濟成長、初級產業與工業部門之互動、城鄉差異與人口遷徙、產業及貿易政策與經濟成長之關連、發展之融資與第三世界之外債問題、經濟發展策略之規畫與執行等相關政策問題之進行研析。嗣後再就中美日三國經濟發展經驗比較,探討中日兩國同屬戰後崩敗的經濟何以發展成今日不同結果,以及如美國這樣的工業化國家所面臨的經濟發展問題。 ★★★★★★【本課程所對應其基本素養之詳述】 研究所『經濟發展理論與政策』課程旨在透過研析經濟發展理論、經濟發展相關政策、及探討不同國家之經濟發展經驗,並且結合當今世界最新的經濟發展情勢(如:世界銀行之《世界經濟發展報告》等),引領學生探討經濟發展的全球情勢與理論之應用。同時期望在透過各國經濟發展路徑之研討,能拓展學生之『國際視野』,並對我國之經濟發展政策提供新思維之探究,達到『經世濟民』之用。經濟發展之最終目的在於追求人類的最大福祉(well-being),故本課程也希望能透過探討經濟發展理論與政策、人類福祉促進因素(如:所得貧富差距、性別平等、政府治理等)等,提升學生對於經濟議題之『公民素養』,及其『社會關懷』的能力,共同為國家社會盡一份努力。
