課程概述 Course Description
我國憲法的建構不僅來自於中華民國憲法及其增修條文,更來自於司法院大法官解釋,蓋藉由司法院大法官解釋的探究,將體會如何透過憲法解釋了解我國憲法的實然面與應然面,於此理解過程中,亦將探討憲法訴訟法及其所規範之憲法訴願制度,以加深憲法之研究。The construction of our country's Constitution comes not only from the Constitution of the Republic of China and its Amendment, but also from Interpretations of Judges of Judicial Yuan. Through the research of Interpretations of Judges of Judicial Yuan in this course, course participants will truly understand nature and value of the Constitution.
