課程概述 Course Description

This course is to provide doctoral students the concepts of traditional financial theories including utility functions, risk aversion, mean-variance analysis, stochastic dominance, intertemporal optimal portfolio rules, equilibrium models and no arbitrage models. Backgrounds of calculus, economics, statistics and finance are necessary. Exercises along each chapter are encouraged to solve but will not require.
