課程概述 Course Description

本課程旨在幫助學生更好地了解和了解人力資源管理和組織行為。 本課程有兩個中心課題:(1)如何系統地,有策略地思考管理組織人力資源的方面,以及(2)必要的數據分析方法技能。 該方法教學旨在為學生提供關於社會科學研究,特別是人力資源管理研究的會議概況, 由個人期限項目進行評估,並在本學期期間進行方法報告。
This course is designed to help students better understand and understand human resource management and organizational behavior. This course has two central topics: (1) how to systematically and strategically think about the aspects of managing human resources, and (2) the necessary data analysis method skills. The method is designed to provide students with an overview of the conference on social science research, in particular human resource management research, assessed by individual term projects, and methodological reports during the current semester.
