課程概述 Course Description
本課程主要分為三部份：首先，介紹航空運輸的發展。其次，分別對航空公司的排班與營運規劃、營收管理、維修管理、機隊規劃、行銷管理、財務管理、服務品質管理等七項航空公司營運管理的重要課題，作有系統的介紹。最後，分別對國際航空運輸、航空策略聯盟、航空貨物運輸及航空運輸政策等主題加以介紹。The course content is divided into 3 parts: firstly, introduction to development of airline industry. Besides, an introduction will also be made respectively on 7 major airline management issues: airline scheduling, operation planning, revenue management, maintenance management, fleet planning, marketing, financial management, and service quality management. Finally, international air transportation, airline strategic alliances, air cargo, and air transport policy will be also discussed.
