課程概述 Course Description

本課程提供有關智慧製造的深入描述和功能,並通過智慧工廠自動化(iFA)系統平台演示各種行業中實際的智慧製造應用程序和實現。它為學生提供了廣闊的視野,並探索了智慧製造的未來趨勢,以實現所有產品幾乎零缺陷的目標 – 工業4.1的願景。本課程介紹了iFA智慧製造系統,該系統應用了多個先進的資訊與通訊(ICT)技術,例如物聯網(IoT)、邊緣運算(EC)、雲端運算(CC)、巨量資料(Big Data)、和新一代虛擬化技術(Docker及Kubernetes)等來建構一個先進製造物聯雲(AMCoT)平台,然後就可在此平台上建構各式智慧化應用模組。本課程亦介紹了三種先進的智慧化應用模組[即,全自動虛擬量測(AVM),智慧型預測保養(IPM)、和智慧型良率管理(IYM)]。最後,本課程並介紹運用iFA系統平台所建構完成的各式製造業之智慧製造應用案例。
This course provides in-depth descriptions and functions about Intelligent Manufacturing, and also demonstrates the actual Intelligent-Manufacturing applications and implementations in various industries by virtue of the Intelligent Factory Automation (iFA) System Platform. It provides students with a broad view and explores future trends of Intelligent Manufacturing for achieving the goal of nearly Zero Defects of all the products – the vision of Industry 4.1. The course introduces an Intelligent Manufacturing platform - iFA, which leverages several advanced information-and-communication (ICT) topics such as Internet of Things (IoT), Edge Computing (EC), and Cloud Computing (CC), that consist of cyber-physical systems (CPS) in both the cloud and the factory. The course presents three advanced intelligent prediction technologies [i.e., Automatic Virtual Metrology (AVM), Intelligent Predictive Maintenance (IPM), and Intelligent Yield Management (IYM)], which are highly useful to manufacturing industries and are more consistent with the name of Intelligent Manufacturing. The course covers Intelligent Manufacturing application cases of various manufacturing industries.
