課程概述 Course Description

"一、教學目標 Course Objectives (1)電化學原理與生物化學基礎 (2)電化學實機操作:循環伏安法與擴散係數求法、各種方波法、電鍍金與其表面真實面積 (3)電化學法下的生醫感測器 二、教學內容 Course Description   本課程內容包括:(1)電化學之基礎-含化學能轉變成電能之電池形成機制,電極界面的充放電,以及電雙層之形成。(2)電化學設備之使用與法拉第反應下之氧化還原電流擷取與評估,以及各種電化學法操控下之反應圖的判讀,(3)電極反應之前後夾雜化學反應下的現象探討,以及化學、高分子、酵素修飾電極之製作 與其電化學響應判知,(4)一到兩次的電化學實驗並提出實驗報告檢討,(5) 水溶液的世界以及生物化學、生理學中與電化學的相關性。(6)電化學在生醫感測器中的角色 "
1. Course Objectives (1)The principle of electrochemistry and basic biochemistry (2)The experimental operation of electrochemistry : clyclic voltammetry, calculation of diffusion coefficient, squre wave methods, Au electroplation, and real electrode surface areas analysis. (3)Biosensor based on electrochemistry 2.Course Description   (1) The fundemental of electrochemistry : the mechanism of transformation from chemical energy into electrical energy, for example, the electrical charging and discharging, and the formation of electric double layer. (2) The operation of electrochemistry equipments and Faradaic charging, for example, oxidation and reduction electrical current capture and analysis, and the interpretation of reaction diagram under various electrochemical operation. (3) Investigate the phenomenon of chemical reactions before and after the electrochemical reaction, and learn how to make chmeical, macromolecular, enzyme modified electrodes and the responding reactions. (4) Submit the reports after the experiments. (5) The role of electrochemistry in aqueous solution, biochemistry, physiology. (6) The applications of electrochemistry on biosensors. "

    5實驗1 (13:30開始,請注意)1. Au, Pt, GC-表面積-CV量測(Fe(CN)64-。2. Au 0.1 M KCl求(Fe(CN)64-之D值。3. pH 1, 7, 13下之Au, Pt, GC電位窗Experemental one (start from 13 :30):(1) The cyclic voltammetry scanning of Au, Pt, GC surface area inferrocyanide solution.(2) Calculate the D value of ferrocyanide with Au 0.1M KClPotential state windows of Au, Pt, GC in solution of pH value 1, 7, 13.
    6金、白金、碳電極以及ITO電極上之O2, H2生成行為觀測The observation of oxygen and hydrogen gas fomation on Au, Pt, GC,ITO eletrodes.
