課程概述 Course Description
營建署於2009年針對台灣地區建築房屋市場所作的統計，我國新舊建築物的比例約為3:97。對於台灣的房屋市場來說，既有建築物的各種諸如維護、改修以及更新等問題，已經成為當前及未來所必須面對的重要課題。 過往以全面拆除舊有建築物來進行更新的方式，既不符合永續發展的趨勢，在實際執行上也同時面臨了執行不易的困難。另一方面，隨著我國逐步邁入高齡化社會，既有的建築與環境如何來加以因應，也成為迫切需要面對的課題。 本課程以建築再生的概念，探討如何透過建築再生的方式，來延續並提高既有建築物的使用壽命及價值。According to the statistics of the building market of Taiwan in 2009, done by the Construction and Planning Agency, the proportion of new and old buildings is about 3:97. Therefore the problems, such as maintenance and regeneration of the existing building, have become essential topics for Taiwan. On the other hand, the way of renewal, demolishing the original buildings, didn’t conform to the trend of sustainable development. In fact, it is also difficult to be executed. Besides, as Taiwan has come into the aging society, the existing buildings and environment also need to be renovated to face the big change. This course will focus on the renovation of buildings and explore how to extend the service life of the existing buildings with renovation.
