課程概述 Course Description

嵌入式軟體 (Embedded Software) 是嵌入式系統產品實現其功能所運行之軟體,通常儲存於 ROM (PROM) 或 Flash Memory 等非揮發性記憶體 (Non-volatile Memory) 中,專司硬體驅動、控制與操作介面處理等功能,乃內建於嵌入式系統產品中不可分離之元件,並扮演賦予產品智慧、創造 附加價值及提供產品多元化應用之要角。本課程屬嵌入式系統相關課程之進階課程,以探討嵌入式軟體設計相關之重要課題為主軸;重點則為嵌入式系統軟體開發相關技術,內容包含嵌入式軟體設計與實現之核心技術、開發嵌入式軟體之軟體工程等基本原理與技術、嵌入式作業系統架構與實 務、嵌入式軟體發展之特定主題,諸如:電源管理、資訊安全、物聯網 (IoT, Internet of Things) 技術等等之探討,以建立對嵌入式軟體設計之深入瞭解。本課程為研討式課程,課程進行方式除了基本講授外,另包含:文獻研讀、討論與專題報告,以利瞭解相關先進理論與技術之發展,並建立獨立研究與自我學習之能力。
