課程概述 Course Description

微型製程對科技的發展扮演舉足輕重的角色,也與日常生活息息相關,如:血液、唾液檢測晶片與3C產品的電子元件等。然而微製程技術常給予學生學習門檻高、技術要求過高等印象,導致微製程相關技術的學習,多數被歸類在進階的專業技能。 近年來,除了製程技術的進步,創客態度的普及化以及STEM教育的整合,讓微型製程的接觸渠道廣泛增加,且伴隨相關商用系統價格的平民化與推陳出新,微製程技術已經不再像過往那樣觸不可及。 本課程關注於微型製程四大面向:傳統微影、雷射加工、電腦數值加工(CNC)與3D列印技術。課程目標希望透過玩具、教具和簡易生物醫學裝置的製作,來幫助學生對於微型製程有初步的認識。課程由上午講授,搭配下午實作與討論,幫助學生在理論、案例與實際操作中,逐步認識微型製程在專業與生活當中各面向的應用,最後的課程報告與討論則能讓學生利用課堂上所學相關製程技術來製作出屬於各組的微型裝置。
Micro-fabrication plays a vital role in developing science and technology and is closely related to daily life, such as blood, saliva detection chips, and electronic components of 3C products. The micro-fabrication technology often gives students the impression of high technical requirements, leading to the learning of micro-fabrication-related technologies, most of which are classified as advanced professional skills. Fundamentally, in addition to the advancement of fabrication technology, the expansion of makers’ attitudes, and the integration of STEM education, exposure to micro-fabrication in daily life has been widely increased. Micro-fabrication technology is no longer out of reach with the popularization of related commercial system prices and innovated new ones. This course focuses on the four essential micro-fabrication goals: Lithography, Laser processing, Computer numerical processing (CNC), and 3D printing technology. It is hoped that through the production of toys, teaching aids, and simple biomedical devices, students can have a better understanding of micro-fabrication. Through course teaching and practical methods, students can deepen their impressions.
