課程概述 Course Description

本課程介紹傅立葉分析之理論,並於課堂上透過程式語言實作以了解其運作原理。生理訊號將透過光體積變化描記圖法取得,並用以分析心律、呼吸、心律變異及交感平衡等應用。課程中將於下午兩個半小時的實作中,教導學生以Matlab來進行程式語言寫作,最後完成生理訊號與繪圖專題。學生將於本課程中從理論、應用到實作去完整了解傅立葉變換。
In this course, the theories and the applications of Fourier analysis are introduced. The physiological signals are recorded by photoplethysmogram to extract heart rhythm, respiration, heart rhythm variability and sympathetic balance. The process of fast Fourier transform will be implemented by using Matlab. Students will be taught to implement all the Matlab codes in this afternoon by themselves. Two projects on drawing and physiological signals will be done. Students will learn the whole mechanism from the theory to the practical applications.
