課程概述 Course Description

除了半導體發光元件基本原理及發展歷史,並授與元件實際製程及其應用實例。並將介紹最新技術之發展與產業脈動。
In addition to the introduction of basic principles and development history of semiconductor light-emitting devices, this course will also include real examples of feasible manufacturing process and applications. It will also introduce the development of the latest technology and industry perspective.
