以礦物學應用為根本考量,講授電子顯微鏡分析原理,以及論述高解析度影像、元素圖像、化學成分分析、電子繞射之取得技術和應用實例,特別著重特定試樣特性和特殊分析需求或條件之可能解決方法和文獻,並視儀器狀況,實施實地驗證或應用高階電子顯微分析方法。
