課程概述 Course Description

建構具包容、安全、韌性及永續特質的城市與鄉村是聯合國巴黎協議中提出的17個永續發展指標(SDGs)之一,永續發展指標建構的主要目的是為了讓經濟成長、社會包容與環境保育三者能更合諧的發展。同時,台灣為因應糧食安全、鄉村萎縮老化等城鄉發展議題,全國國土計畫提出推動鄉村地區整體規劃之國家空間發展策略,指出應依其地方特性,引入適當資源,此與SDGs宗旨吻合。鑒此趨勢,本課程旨在透過講授與研討台灣鄉村產業永續發展議題與案例,培養同學進入鄉村產業永續發展規劃實務的基礎知識。
How to make communities be more inclusive, safe, resilient and sustainable is one of the 17 goals of sustainable development (SDGs) in the Paris Agreement on climate change. The major concern of the goals is to reach greater harmonization of three core elements, including economic growth, social inclusion and environmental protection. At the same time, in response to the critical urban-rural development issues, such as food-supply security, shrinking village, and so on, the National Spatial Plan of Taiwan has considered the integral planning of rural area as one of the national spatial development strategies and indicated that adequate resources shall be put in the villages according to local characteristics. This policy corresponds to the SDGs. In light of these trends, this course aims to give students basic knowledge for sustainable development of rural industry through teaching and discussing issues and cases of rural industrial development in Taiwan.
