課程概述 Course Description

數值分析主要為透過電腦來處理求根、曲線擬合、回歸分析、矩陣方程式、常微分方程式、偏微分方程式等的基本知識。數值方法強調演算過程的邏輯推導與誤差分析,並且掌握方法的可行性與準確性。本課程以介紹實務界普遍採用之軟體 MatLab 為工具,逐次介紹數值數學所需之基本知識以至實際應用。其內容概略如下: 1.基本概述、繪圖、影像、動畫; 2.變數與資料結構、程式設計、函式定義、檔案輸出輸入;3.數值方法概論、根與最佳化; 4.線性系統;5.曲線擬合; 6.迴歸分析以及其他應用。
Numerical analysis is the story of how functions, derivatives, integrals, and differential equations are handled as strings of numbers in the computer. Most scientists and engineers are sooner or later faced with computing tasks that require some knowledge of numerical analysis.
