課程概述 Course Description
課程學習目標: 介紹生理心理學實驗的基本知識、理論和需要掌握的基本技能，並結合現代實驗技術，系統性地介紹生理心理學實驗研究的基本方法和程序，期望修課學生能了解生理心理學知識的應用和研究上的創新，進而培養探究人類心理現象的生理機制之研究興趣。 課程進度: 生心實驗簡介、實驗室規則介紹、實驗報告的寫作要求、分組 生心實驗儀器設備介紹與軟體安裝(Power Lab); 脈搏的測量; 人類受試者研究之倫理準則 給予人體電刺激並測量標準肌電圖(EMG; electromyogram) 人體腦電波(EEG, electroencephalography)的測量：數據收集與分析 電刺激誘發電位(electrically evoked potentials)之測量&穿顱磁刺激之介紹(Transcranial magnetic stimulation, TMS) 視覺刺激誘發電位(visual evoked potentials)之測量 (暫訂) 動物實驗之倫理準則，實驗動物的操作、給藥、和犧牲方式 認識大腦組織結構，大腦立體定位儀之介紹 動物藥物行為實驗 (I) : The effect of sulpiride (dopamine D2 antagonist) on the anxiolytic-like behavior of rats in the elevated plus-maze 動物藥物行為實驗 (II) : The effect of apomorphine (dopamine D1/D2 agonist) on the stereotypic behaviors of rats； 大腦立體定位儀實際操作 動物學習記憶行為實驗 (I) : Inhibitory avoidance conditioning in rats – Memory Acquisition 動物學習記憶行為實驗 (II) : Inhibitory avoidance conditioning in rats – Memory Retrieval 影片介紹如何製作腦組織切片；腦組織切片的實際製作 將腦組織切片進行染色 觀察腦組織切片；人體腦電波與神經回饋(neurofeedback) (暫訂) Final Exam 評量方式: 實驗報告 70% 期末考 20% 課堂參與 (包括出席率與參與討論) 10%課程學習目標 Course Objectives
