課程概述 Course Description
性格心理學本課程將介紹性格心理學的相關理論、研究、衡鑑及應用,探討各家理論學派對人類心理與行為表現的觀點,並對這些理論的優缺點進行討論。在性格心理學中,主要常會採取的思考角度為:遺傳與生理學、心理動力學派、人本與現象學派、特質論、行為主義與學習理論、認知與社會認知論,以及文化情境取向等,希冀能透過多元視角的切入,擴大同學們的思考範圍,進而能建立基礎且全面的性格心理學知識。
