課程概述 Course Description
破產法作為民事之特別法，不僅具有程序法與實體法之性質，亦具有公法之性質，藉此理解國家如何解決私人間財產上之紛爭。Bankruptcy law, as a special law of civil law, not only has the nature of procedural law and substantive law, but also has the nature of public law. Course participants can understand how the state resolves disputes over private property through bankruptcy law.
