課程概述 Course Description
「家」是社會組織中的最小團體，也是每個人生命的起源與生活的中心。在傳統的性別意識下，婚姻是由一男一女所組成的單位，經過司法院大法官第748號解釋後，婚姻也不再限於異性的組成，同性亦可。 本課程從「婚姻」出發，並以「家庭」為主軸，介紹家庭成員之間從出生到死亡的權利與義務，以及因此而產生的財產關係，其中也包括兩性性別意識的社會發展與多元性別的尊重。課程目的除了幫助同學瞭解民法親屬編與繼承編的法理與基礎概念，同時也啟發同學進一步思考身分法之新方向與性別平等之發展趨勢。"Home" is the smallest group in a social organization, and it is also the origin and center of everyone's life. Under the traditional gender consciousness, marriage is a unit composed of one man and one woman. After the interpretation of No. 748 by the Chief Justice of the Judicial Yuan, marriage is no longer limited to the composition of the opposite sex, and the same sex is also acceptable. This course starts from "marriage" and takes "family" as the main axis. It introduces the rights and obligations of family members from birth to death, as well as the resulting property relations, including the social development of gender awareness and multiple genders Respect. The purpose of the course not only helps students understand the legal principles and basic concepts of civil law kinship and inheritance, but also inspires students to further think about the new direction of identity law and the development trend of gender equality.
