課程概述 Course Description

液相層析質譜被廣泛應用於各領域,如藥物,環境,食品,及材料分析等。本課程將講述其工作機制及原理,儀器組成,及應用等。
Currently liquid chromatograph tandem mass spectrometers (LC-MS/MS) are increasingly being used in a wide range of fields, such as pharmaceuticals, environment, foods, and industrial materials. This course will introduce the principle of LC-MS/MS including the working mechanism, instrumentation, and applications..
